Hi All,
I have created a flow in connection witha ticket system I created via sharepoint. I continue to receive the same error message each time I run my flow. I used this video https://youtu.be/hS6KzlcRfU0?si=7Pg2m3PhIj1Zkb4i
Here is screenshot of the error message i received. Listed for orginal email is my shared mailbox. the goal of the sharepoint site is whenever a email is sent to the shared mailbox a ticket is created in sharepoint
