I have an entity which has a number of lookups to other entities.
However, on the form there is a padlock icon against the field name (ie column).
Users have Read / Write / Update and Delete access to the entity itself and read-only access to the lookup table (entity).
If I promote the user to System Admin role, then all works well. So it must be a permissions issue.
What extra permissions do I need to give the user to be able to use the Lookup field. I am assuming it must be some more permissions on the Lookup Table.
