Hi All,

I would need help on consolidate sharepoint list items and send in one email. I know there are multiple posts on the same topic but I tried all of them still not fixed.

My scenario is that, there are two sharepoint list. Sharepoint list A has all the detail of a project, and sharepoint list B is the overall status of the project. What I just to do is when in sharepoint list B Project PMP# Total is equal to FA RLs PMP# then I need the details of project A to be consolidated(Project Name,PI FPC Code, PI Material Number,Price) in one email and send out.

I built something in my flow, but the result is one email contains several duplicate items and I received many emails, where is the problem?

@ShineTan123 so you want to send email for all projects in list B and get information from list A for those projects? The email should have one line item per project?

Sorry for confusion.
I want all items under the project which met the condition in list B. Example as below, project A got all items closed in list B, so I want all items under project A and consolidate in one single email to be sent out.

Hi @ShineTan123 ,

Your flow is too complicated comparing to the logic. Please try and use below actions. You can copy column names from the current flow run history raw outputs, they will be helpful to create the new flow.

Hi @v-jefferni,
Could you help clarify what is the column "New" about for list2 column2?
I assumed is to look up the project name in the other list? If so, the flow is not working as I still receive multiple emails in which the single email contains multiple item of same content. What I need is to consolidate every item in one email.

No, the two columns in Condition are both from list B, the condition is what you want column1 = column2
