Hi Guys,
I'm currently testing some basic features in PVA with Dynamics CRM integration.
A customer will request a service request to be open with the support team.
The Bot will ask the customer some questions such as name, email, title, description.
Once the bot gets all that information will pass it to Flow which will create a Contact and then a Case in Dynamics CRM.
After that the bot will return to the user the case number from CRM.
So far everything is working perfect, expect the part where the bot must return the case number to the user as confirmation that the case was created. Every time i get a message that action can not be completed at this moment, but in fact everything worked as expected from behind.
The Flow run with Success

, even the flow have the case Number (Outcome value).

Your flow seems to have a small discrepancy in variable name in Response node JSON:
If you update them to be CaseNumber in both Response Body and Schema JSON, this should work.

can you post the error that you see in Power VA UI, please? Your flow seems to be running just fine, and all JSON output looks good.
