I'm trying to convert a plain old doc.x to PDF in a flow in order to send it as an email, but it is not converting and saying the input format is not supported. Could I have some advice on why this might be?
Are you sure the file is a .Docx and not a .doc file? Doc is an older digital format that isn't supported. If its a .Doc you would need a third party connector like Encodian to convert the file to a docx or PDF.
