Log Teams Channel Message Posts in List - Remove HTML of Message Body

Scenario - Logging all message posts from a specific Teams Channel, to a List. 
 
Issue - Comments of message are posted in List with HTML wrappers. 
 
1. How can I save the message post in Lists with no HTML?
2. Is there a way to associate reply's to the message with the original List entry?
