The only thing that worked for me was clearing my cookies. In chrome right click in white space on the power apps screen with the error > Inspect > Go to 'Application' at the top > On the left hand menu under Storage expand Cookies > Right click https://web.powerapps.com and clear... refresh... worked for me and I've been getting this error for a week.
