Hello,

I have created a flow that export when new email arrived  and i moved it in a folder and it works fine, but the problem is when the email is not new and I move it to that folder it does not export.
It is possible export when a mail is moved to a specific folder ?

My idea is export the emails when I move them to a folder called "Completed Files". Although the mail received it long ago

Thanks.

    Hi,

Looking at what your describing it sounds like the trigger condition is not being met when you manually move the email. I would recommend taking a look at that first. Without seeing the flow its very hard to diagnose what could be going on here. You can always open a ticket with Microsoft support too, I'll include a link below if you would like to take a look.

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support

    Regards,

    Alex
