I'm experiencing an issue with a Power Automate flow that I've created. The flow is triggered by the "For a selected message" trigger and is supposed to show up in the Teams overflow menu. However, it's not appearing, and I can't figure out why. Here's a detailed description of the issue and the steps I've taken so far:
Issue Description:
-
I created a Power Automate flow with the "For a selected message" trigger.
-
The flow is enabled, and I received a notification in the workflow Teams chat that it was ready.
-
Despite this, the flow does not appear in the Teams overflow menu.
-
I have tried restarting Teams, using the web version, and other troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists.
-
Now, I don't see any workflow options, including previous ones I've created.
Steps Taken:
-
Checked Flow Ownership and Permissions:
-
Confirmed that the flow is created in the correct environment (I only have one environment).
-
Verified that the flow is enabled.
-
-
Verified Flow Connections:
-
Ensured all connections used in the flow are active and properly authenticated.
-
-
Tested with a Simple Flow:
-
Created a simple flow with the "For a selected message" trigger to see if it appears in the Teams overflow menu, but it did not.
-
Environment Details:
-
Single environment used for creating flows.
-
Flow is enabled and not deleted.
-
Using both desktop and web versions of Teams.
Impact:
-
Unable to see or use the newly created flow in Teams.
-
Previous flows are also not appearing in the Teams overflow menu.
Request for Help:
-
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
-
Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I should try?
-
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your help!
