Hyperlink to appear on list Item

Hi all,

 

I have an approval process that when a PDF is created in a folder it creates a list item that starts the Approval Process.

 

I want to have a shortened Hyperlink eg - PDF Here displyed on the List Item and use that again on any notification.  The link to Item dynamic content just displays the whole web address of the pdf and is non-clickable.

 

Can this be achieved?
