Hello,
We have created a group flow that starts when a new Outlook task is added. The problem is that Flow only has a connection to single mailbox, but we would like to monitor Outlook tasks folder from multiple mailboxes at the same time.
Is this possible?

To do that you will need to duplicate the flow for each mailbox. The Outlook connector used as the trigger in the flow is tied to a single mailbox. If you SaveAs the flow to create a copy you can change the connection to point at another mailbox. But you'll need one Flow for each mailbox.
