Connect Dynamics CRM with FTP

Hi,

I would like to send attachments created in CRM to an FTP I created the trigger based on the Annotations entity, and put it as an action to create the FTP file. The file is created in FTP, but when you try to open the file, FTP informs you that the file is corrupted. Does anyone know what can it be? Thank you.

Could you please share screenshot of the run history details of your flow?

Please make sure the filename of the new file should have a File extension.
