I tried to play around by changing screen size and orientation in Display setting but after reverting back to the default, everything on my screen was out of place. It didn't revert back to my default settings. I believe this happened mainly because I toggled lock orientation button. However, the latest published version works just fine on web. When I try to edit it, the display gets all messed up in power App dev / edit mode.

Try to restore it with the exact same settings as before, should that not work you can always go back to the last stable/correct app version.
