How to display input data from dropdown and attachment to sharepoint column?

Hi @misterjonih ,

That depends on the column types you are using in the lists and Items property of the Dropdowns.

If Text type column, Update of the Data Card in the Form should be:

//Dropdown Items is Distinct(...) Dropdown.Selected.Result //Dropdown Items is Choices(...) Dropdown.Selected.Value

If Choices column, Update of the DataCard should be:

Dropdown.Selected.Value
