PowerApps attachement icon and SPO upload files..cannot find..

Hi

I would like to check
1) I had use the attchement icon in PowerApps to upload pdf file. I can see the clip icon in my sharepoint list, but there no file inside.

2) I try another way to upload with workflow using JSON and it's working fine. I can see the attachment icon in the SharePoint List and it open to a doc folder, however there's no file in then folder.

Can some one help with these two issues
What went wrong.

Hi @bbsin ,
This should work as it is a standard function. Did you save the record after attaching the PDF?

Hi,

My powerapps is working good it capture all the info and attachments into my list, but
1) why the image is not share into a specific folder in SharePoint? I need to keep a record, if not I have to open and resave it to the right file . How can I do it (image1 attached)

2) How to create a workflow that can capture the information and attachment and send for approval without office 365. cos mine is not ready, I have a field in the form call Approver which is manually key in.. how to base on it to send out to that person (image2) Thank

I believe my workflow is wrong.. stuck with it.. how to?? Thank you

The original question I responded to from you was this

Your latest post and screen shot says this is working - I am a bit confused with your requirements here.
Attachments are not in any folders that you can see from PowerApps or SharePoint - you access them from the attachments control (PowerApps) or the "paperclip" in SharePoint.

ok. Thank you

One last question, when I click the tick on the PowerApps to submit, it overwrite the existing data of the same user.

I don't want it to over write the existing submitted data but to submit as new data every time. how to do it??

and how to delete the attachments collected inside colattachment in PowerApps?

Ok @bbsin ,
A different question again, but this should not happen. I am assuming you are using the same screen when changing to New Mode? I have found this is not a good idea. Whenever I submit a new form, I always navigate away from the screen and when another new record is required, re-open with a NewForm(YourFormName) command and navigate back to the new form screen.
If you are talking about Editing,then the save is doing exactly what it is designed to do - update the data.

Hi Warren,

I had add the Gallery into a custom Data, when I click on X (ResetForm(EditForm1); NewForm(EditForm1) to clear the Form, it didn't clear all the item inside the gallery as attached.

Hi @bbsin ,
That is why I never transition to NewForm on the same screen. I generally use a different form, but if you must use the same one, save, close and reset the form and get off the screen, then instigate the next NewForm action on reopening the form and screen.
There will be opinions that you should not have to do this (and I agree), but I have found the process I have described always works.
