Power Automate Flow Connectons

I have an issue I have never seen at one customer engagement. I have a flow with a scope. One of the scopes has about 7 approvals. The Flow will not complete because the approvers I have set cannot be found. It's really strange because the initial approval works but 2-3 approvers down it will get this error. I have contacted the companys Tech but they are saying they are working with Microsoft to get the problem fixed. It could be a router configuration they are saying. What can I do to ensure that the approvers gets validated in the Flow? The other two processes in the switch condition work fine but they only have three approvers in each. Any help would be great. I have tried a bunch of things in the Flow and nothing is working.

    Hi @MontegoSoft

Then you need to open a case with Microsoft as I cannot answer without seeing a flow and error etc. Call them and ask for their help.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't add the flow but it's any Flow that has more than 5 multiple approval steps. It will not find the approver. Error is: bad request. The request failed. Error Code: "InvalidApprovalRequestor". This only happens when there is more than 3 approvers in a flow in my environment.

    Hi @MontegoSoft

Let me ask you this... What Flow. I don't see one.

Or clear connections from what you are saying to the flow, or any failed runs.

Not sure hehe but its standard for most people not to post their flows here even though we need it, so dont feel bad, just ad it so we can help.

More information is better. Think of it this way, you cannot explain what you think is wrong with your car to a mechanic and they go yeah sure change out the pistons.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers
