How to update Planner Task with attachment when new file added to subfolder in Sharepoint

I currently have a flow that creates a planner task and folder in sharepoint based on when a response if completed from a form.  What I would like to do is when files are added to that folder in sharepoint I'd like the link to that file to show up on the planner card, but I can't figure out how to do that.  Below is the flow I have setup now

    Which bit are you unclear about - maintaining a link between the SharePoint folder and the planner task, or adding the reference to the task details?

    Ideally I'd like for any attachments that get added to the planner task to get added to the related sharepoint folder, but I don't think that is possible, so as an alternative, I wanted to go the other way around, when a new file is added to the sharepoint folder, the link for that file is automatically added to the planner task
