Flow creating multiple calendar entries

I have set up a flow to link Outlook with a practice management piece of software. However, having been invited to a meeting via Outlook with several other people, the flow seems to create a duplicate entry in my calendar every time one of the other people accepts or declines the invite. As a result, I have same appointment in my Outlook diary multiple times? The duplicates do not contain any of the addtional information, just the appointment itself. When I try to delete them, Flow recognises this as an update so for every instance I delete, another one is created! Help!

    Hi @JMR197,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow?

Please share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Hi @JMR197,

You could add Condition under to trigger to check if the event is new added, updated or deleted.

If the the event is new added, create a new event in google calandar.

If the the event is updated, update the event in  google calandar.

And if the  event is deleted, delete the event in google calandar.

The screenshot of the flow as below:

    Capture.PNG

    Capture.PNG

    Please make sure:

1.The Title of task in Google calandar would always be same with the Subject of task in Outlook calandar.

2.The Title of task in Google calandar and the Subject of task in Outlook calandar would always be unique.

    Best regards,

    Alice

The Update an event for Google calendar under "if yes" in the third condition is not available in flows anymore? I am not able to find it. Please help.
