I send out six forms quarterly. I would like to be able to send out the responses from the prior time so that individuals can just edit their responses vs completing a new form and then if it is simply a new item, they would just complete a new form. I know that the first time I send out I will not have anything to go back to and edit. What I would like to do is:
1. Send out the forms to get my answers
2. Get the answers back
3. At the next quarter, send out everyones' prior responses from 1. and ask them to either update their forms or create a new form.
4. Receive answers back
I'm feeling like this should be fairly easy to set up but I am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Unless the person saves them, they are not there, they are simply written into the Excel file (after caching). So there isn't a form for you to send back to them exactly.
