Issue with an email with attachments

Hello All,

I have a Flow that has been working for months without any issue, but randomly it stopped working.

Above is the email with the attachment array. (which remained unchanged for months)

Below is the new error that I am getting.

If I remove the attachment array, the email works.

Below is how the attachment array is created.

I am open to suggestions. 😞

EDIT: This may be a bug, because I just tested it with "Send Email" non V2 and it worked.

Hi @FoDelement

Could be a bug. Can you please try wrapping the "Name" : "DisplayName" (in the quotes as I can see that it is not wrapped in quotes in the append to array variable action in your flow)

I tested it on my side using the same configuration but cannot reproduce a similar issue.

@v-bacao-msft Thank you for assiting with this, I currently have over 10 flows that are failing because of this, and it's pretty important we get it working again.

The attachments are pictures, and they are a total size of about 4 MBs.

Here is the flow

I made a new flow, with the same steps and it fails. If I send the exact same email, without the attachments, it works fine.

It appears to be the attachments.

I just tested it again, this time with multiple attachments that are not pictures, and it failed.

However, I tested it with a bunch of attachments leaving the total under 2 MB and it works. It appears a file size limit was implemented? So, if the attachments are a combined total of about 2 MB, it's failing now.
