Move File within the same library inconsistent error!

Hi,

Been getting inconsistent errors when using the Move File connector. One day it works and another day it doesn't. The same workflow with the 'Move file' connector worked 6 days ago and now it has failed again.

Recent error - no changes were made to the workflow (just did a rerun)
