Hello all, kindly suggest how to create a user limitation/rights on screen.

I have a datatable on Dataverse with these column;

- Email

- Role : Admin, Sales

I would like to create a user rights for Role:

1st Sceen = Clients
- Sales : Able to view only their clients
- Admin : Able to View all clients and Edit Sales' name

2nd Screen = Properties
- Sales : Able View some fields and Edit some fields
- Admin : Able to View and Edit all fields

Importantly, all changes need to be recorded in the database as user activities.
