Flow timed out

I have created a flow to send emails based on unique email addresses. Number of emails sent would depend on the unique email address that would be available. My excel file would have near to 2000- or 3000-line entries and unique email addresses can go up to 600 or even 1000 in worst cases. When I tried this flow for the first time using real bulk data, I could not see all emails being sent, and the flow showed time out error message. Is there a run time limitation or input file size limitation. What can be the best solution? please can anyone suggest. See run error message -

is there a recon at the end to show these failed to send so that I can spot the ones that are left?

@rjkp_26 were you testing the flow or running it from the Run lin?k If you were testing it there is a 10 minute timeout.

Hi Rob, since this was my first time I wasn't really aware of the difference between Running it from the run link or using test option. I have used the run using test button as shown below.  Can you show me how to run using run link please?

Click the left arrow in the top left of the screen next to the flow title. That will take you to the flow's home screen where you can set flow owners and see the flow run history. At the top, click the Run link.
