differences between "office 365 outlook" and "outlook.com"

BTW, There are two choices of "Send email with options". One is for Office 365 outlook and the other is for outlook.com. are there any differences with these two? Thanks,

Thank you for your feedback. This is a non-tech answer. What I want is more a technical pespective. What is the technical difference between the choice of "office 365 outlook" and "outlook.com" when sending an email with options?

Hi @gstit

With Outlook.com - both an office 365 account and a personal outlook account (xxxxx@outlook.com) could create a connection to Outlook.com connector

With "office 365 outlook - you can only use an office 365 account
