Filter gallery for folder path without delegation warning

Hi,

I have came up with an issue in my app since i have added alot more files to my shrepoint library.  I have a gallery that displays files in a clients folder. This filters the gallery for the folder path and lists the files accordingley. 

 

The gallery is now not loading since new files have taken the library of docs over 2000. 

 

Im wondering if anyone can help with a workaround on the issue?

    Folder Path is a special column in your list.  It is generated by SharePoint.  You cannot delegate to special columns like those.  There is no workaround for that column and the formula.

    Now, what you can do, is incorporate PowerAutomate into the process.  You can create a text column in your library to hold the Folder Path and then set a PowerAutomate flow to trigger when an item is created.  The flow would copy the generated folder path value into the standard text column you created.  

    Then from your App, you just simply need to filter against that new column.
