Suddenly Approvals doesn't work directly in Outlook web or in Outlook on PC for a customer.
When I test with my user in Outlook web it works:
For the other users, it looks like this in both Outlook web and the app:
Anyone know what is wrong here?

@PowerTegga has there been any email security or filtering been implemented in your tenant, it looks like actionable messages are blocked due to that. We have faced this issue before where Mimecast was blocking the actionable messages, so we had to create exceptions for emails that are sent from maccount@microsoft.com email address.
