I have set up the Bulletins / Manage Bulletins channel on a MS Teams team. I input a basic flow to send an email out when a new bulletin is created or updated. The issue is that every time a bulletin is saved and published, it sends out an email for each action - saved and published.

How can I get a single email to be sent only when the bulletin is published?

In addition, is there a way to get an email sent to the listed "Owners" of the team when a bulletin is created by a member and sent to be reviewed by an owner?
