Hello,

Earlier this year, @abm and Automate community helped with a flow, which was greatly appreciated. I used the following link to assist with my project.

I am now trying to find out how to capture all approval responses in a list and add a reminder loop. I have scoured through the internet and cannot find how to incorporate these items into the existing flow. I used the following link (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Approvals-Multiple-Approvers-How-to-capture-all-their-responses/td-p/115786) to try to incorporate the capture of all responses, but to no avail. I may be entering it in the wrong section. This is the same with the reminder loop. Please see below pics. Also, on the 2nd Approved, I have it set to First to Respond. However, it is making all to respond. Could someone please help? Thank you!

The key to tracking responses from multiple approvers while the approval is pending is to send out one approval to each approver in an Apply to each loop set to run concurrently. Then inside the loop process the responses as they are received. If you have a separate parallel loop for reminders and you save the responses in a variable you'll be able to send out reminders to just the approvers who haven't responded. You can accomplish the same thing by reading the approval tables directly in Dataverse but that will require everyone involved to have a Premium license.

Thank you for the email! Could you please provide an example? I thought I was doing that in the 9th picture and Update Item 4, as it relates to reminders and capturing all responses. I think I am getting confused when it comes to using the Get Items function. Thank you!

The point is that the Start and Wait for an Approval action doesn't return any responses until everyone has responded if you send it out as Everyone must Approve. So you need to send an Approval to each Approver individually. You do that by putting the Start and Wait for an Approval in an Apply to Each loop that has been set to run Concurrently. In your screenshots the Approval isn't in a loop. Here's a screenshot of the way I do it. There's more above this in the flow, but this is the Approval loop and the reminder loop.
