Have anyone had problems with saving documents as PDF with the recorder in PAD.

I have to save the file as PDF with the PDF printer because the rapports are pulled from an old system that doesn’t support PDF.
However, when the file is saved it is damaged and can’t be opened afterwards.
Even though I go through the exact same steps manually with successful result.

Does anyone know what could be wrong in this process?
