Attach static file in Email

I have working flow which sends client email when particular SharePoint list item is modified. It's working fine. What i want is to attach single word file with email. I tried "Get file Content" after uploading it to OneDrive for business and SharePoint. I am getting an error that my organizational policy doesn't allow it to download the file's recourses. Is there any other way to do this? Coz i don't wanna raise an issue over Policies for one file. Thank you.

    Hi @zmansuri 

    Thank you for posting.

    Sorry for that, there is no other way. You can negotiate with your administrator to allow you to download the resources of the file.

    Can modify the policy at Power Platform admin center
