Infinite Looping

I am trying to create the following flow and it works almost perfectly, except that it is in a continuous loop. I've read several blogs and looked here in the community, but nothing I do seems to prevent the looping.

Created a trigger condition in step one per directions I saw in the forum.
I added a "terminate" but it was ignored.
Create a hidden Yes/No field but didn't work.
I created a condition specifically for Update a row --- didn't work.
My Co-Pilot just got out of training school and wasn't able to help much.

I'm at a loss for what to do next. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Your trigger needs to explicitly exclude the rows that you are updating, either via a trigger filter or a subsequent check.
