Flow licensing

Hello,

I am new in Flows. We have several users with sales enterprise licenses which contains flows and also we have 1000+ users with licenses either Power Apps per single app and Power Apps for several.

I want to create a flow, when the file is uploaded to file field, this automatically should be moved to sharepoint folder.

Could this flow run on the selected user conxtext(the one which has flow license). Or each of the users, who will be uploading files to the file field will need to have a flow lincse for functionality to work?

Hi @Jana_St , manually triggered or button flows work in the context of the user who runs it. The automated flows run in the context of the creator or the person whose connections are being used in the flow. If the the power automate flow that saves files to a SharePoint site is triggered when a file is uploaded by a user, it will use the flow creator's license, connections, and permissions.
