Hi Team,
I ahve a requiremtn to read the unread emailf from ibox folder of a monitorign mailbox and add the details inshare poitn list

I see we can use 3 types of flow
  1. When new email arrives in a shared mailbox
  2. When new email arrives(v3)
  3. When new email mentioning me arrives
First type of flow trigger for the new arrival of flow however after every 5 minutes. This led to the delay of adding records in SharePoint list. What needs to be done so that it triggers as soon as email arrives?

Second and third type of flow is working as soon as the email arrives, however only for the new email arrival from the mailbox who is creating the power automate flow
If we configure a different email id in To property for the trigger, it never works.

We also tried with scheduled flow and used GetEmails. This is working. However here also we may face some seconds delay as it is scheduled every 1 minute

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, in Power Automate there’s no built-in trigger or connector that supports real-time monitoring of unread emails from a shared mailbox as soon as they arrive — all available options involve some degree of delay due to polling intervals.

If your requirement is to process emails instantly, especially from a shared mailbox, you might need to look beyond Power Automate and consider using Microsoft Graph API instead. With Graph, you can create a subscription (webhook) to get notified immediately when a new email is received, and then handle the logic (like adding data to SharePoint) in a custom endpoint (such as an Azure Function or Logic App).

You can refer to these resources to get started:

Hope this helps clarify things! Let me know if you'd like guidance setting up the Graph-based solution.

do you need to work with a shared mailbox or with a user mailbox?
