    Hi @wacdep

    Thank you for your update.

To refresh Teams connection help us prevent potential issue. So we recommend manually refresh it because sometimes the system couldn't detect the failure.

We can confirm our license information if we can go to O365 admin portal as company administrator. (https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal )

We can navigate to Users > active users, and then pick up your account.

After that, click on your account and check if you have Teams and Power Automate subscription included.

Hope the content above may help you.

    Thanks

    Hi @wacdep

    Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you are encountering forbidden error while connecting to Teams via flow. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.

Normally, we have different solutions for different kinds of error messages accordingly. If we get error code 403, it should be caused by authentication failure.

Please help to re-establish connection to Teams. Then re-submit the flow and run again.

Meanwhile, please pay attention to license requirement. Make sure you have been assigned necessary licenses already.

Here are some other troubleshooting methods related to different error codes. You can take a look just in case.
