Connect to outside Azure DevOps

Hello, I am fairly new to Power Automate. My goal is to trigger a flow when a Work Item is created in Azure DevOps. The catch is that Azure DevOps is not tied to my organization it is an organization of a customer. When I use the DevOps connector it only shows me what I have access to from my organization and I do not see an option to setup a connection to a different devops (be it with their credentials or my own).

Is there a way for me to connect to an outside organization DevOps from within my Organizations Power Automate? If so, how?
