Hey Everybody,

I need to automate a flow, when a file is created in sharepoint and the approval request is sended to the owner it is placed in the Unassigned (It has no Group name).
If the owner reject this request it should be getting the Group name "NOT APPROVED".
How do i do this i already got the approval flow right but cannot seem to get this one right.
See Flow bellow for approval:

"If the owner reject this request it should be getting the Group name "NOT APPROVED"." did you create Group name in SharePoint List/Library?

Can you explain more so that we could assist you?

    Thanks

Yes I created a list instead of folders.
For example file A is created and needs to get the Group name "TEST A" and file B is created and needs to get the Group name "TEST B" this is all done Manual at this moment.
But if a File is rejected it should get the group name "NOT APPROVED" so I can separate them instead that they stay together also the rejected files are needed to store for evaluation.

    Thanks in advanced

Here are steps for approval- which you can use in your scenario

    1. Trigger your flow with when file created

    2. Use approval action

    3. Condition- outcome equals to Approve

    4. In Yes block use create new folder and move/copy your file.

    5. In NO blcok move your file in not approved folder.

    Thanks

Yes I could do that but I like to do this without creating folders and stay with a list so i can filter it on group name.

    Thanks in advanced

If you want to move/cooy files without creating folder then just not use create folder action.

    Thanks
