Is there a way to find this information via Power Automate in any way? I just need to check if the UPN is listed. Ideally id love to be able to restore it from Power Automate but if not, then we will do it manually.

If you advice about Graph, I don't have permission to use it and would need some understanding on how to assign the right permissions to use it for these kinds of actions.

If you don't have permission to use the Microsoft Graph API in Power Automate, one alternative approach to check if a UPN is listed in your organization is to use the "List users" action in the "Office 365 Users" connector.

Here's how you can use the "List users" action to check if a UPN is listed:

Add the "List users" action to your flow.

In the "Filter query" field, enter the following query to filter the list of users by UPN: userPrincipalName eq '[UPN]'

Replace [UPN] with the UPN you want to check.

Use a "Condition" action to check if the filtered list of users is empty. If the list is empty, the UPN is not listed in your organization.

If the UPN is not listed, you can use the "Send an email" action or other action to notify the appropriate people.
