Flow putting multiple instances of the same list item in an email.

Greetings @abm,

I'm setting up an automated flow that will email my collogues and I whenever a list item is due or has exceed the due date it should operate once a week and only send the items that the person is assigned to. If possible, I would also like the email to include any of the items that are overdue for said person, so if someone is behind on multiple list items have the email that they will receive will encompass each item that is overdue.

The main issue I'm having with my flow when I get an email, I'm getting multiple inputs of the same list item in my email which is unnecessarily spamming the content. If you could please review my flow and help me come to a solution to tweak this error.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @kregistre

Logic would be to loop through all assigned person values and using filter array filter the get items output with assigned To person and the date overdue condition. Then whatever output you are getting from filter array , convert that to HTML table and send it via email.

I hope that logic would helps !

    Thanks & Regards,
