Teams flows question

I've created a Flow in Teams that sends an email notification to my Inbox when a new message comes into a shared mailbox.

I had it in my own Flows list, but then thought maybe if I created in my Teams space, then it would work for all members of that team. But I don't know if that's the case? Since it uses my credentials to run the flow, would each team member have to make a copy  themselves, and customize it, in order to use it?

    Hi!

Since the trigger you chose for your flow is 'when a new message comes into a shared mailbox', it means it is an automated flow.

This means you can share your flow to other colleagues and make them co-owners, meaning they can modify the flow, view run history and run the flow. The flow is still executed with the original owner credentials, but they can edit the flow, replace your credentials and leave theirs. THe point is, no matter you add N co-owners to the flow, everytime a new message comers to the shared mailbox, it is still executed once. If you either send a copy or export the flow, distribute the .zip to your colleagues, and N of them import it with their credentials on their Power Automate account, then (N+1) instantes of the original flow will be executed every time new message comers to the shared mailbox

The official doc explains in detail all the options

Great explanation also on coowner functionality here

    Hope this helps
