Filtering gallery by dropdown not working

Hi!

Trying to filter gallery with drop down menu(Help Desk app, filtering by assigned to technician).

Filtering by email address but its not working:

Choices(HelpDesk.'בטיפול של')

Filter(HelpDesk.'בטיפול של'= Dropdown1.Selected)
