How to change requester and send email form

Hi,

I am using the step called "Start and wait for an approval".  But how can I change the below information or hide it and also the email from:

 

Requested by  John Smith <John_Smith@test.com>

    Go into the advanced settings of the action and you will see an option for Requestor. Enter the e-mail address of the requestor there.
