I really didn't think this was going to be a big deal.
Basically I have an excel workbook that has been exported from somewhere else- it is missing the company logo. There is some conditional formatting involved but not formulas.
I have been asked to come up with the automation to receive the file (by any method really), add a few rows and the logo (same logo every time), maybe adjust the columns so the text isn't squished and then give it right back.
I have looked at office scripts, have looked at power automate but I am stuck. I just can't find a good set of directions that shows how to do this.
One method is to create a template file with the logo already in there, and then just copy and paste the data over and then redo the conditional formatting, etc. But I can't tell if that is really doable or not.
So does anyone have any suggestions, thoughts, etc.? Thanks!
