Send attachments based on forms response

Hi,

Very new to power automate.

I would like to have a form that triggers multiple attachments to be sent via email, depending on response.

Example

I select an option called house plans and I get sent an email with my house plans attached as an email.

any help would be appreciated

on OneDrive, just using this to consolidate files and email to the form submitter

So your flow should run on When a response is submitted and then get Response details:

Then you need a switch condition on the answer of your question and the Get Files from onedrive and send them will post you a sample soon

I suggest you to group the files you want to send in one email per response type in a single one drive folder , so we can pick the files in a folder and send them in a single email:

1. Initialize array variable and then Find Files in a folder

Notes: Type the File extension in the search query and add the path manually ..View selection is not working

Hope this makes sense!

do you mean that the user can select multiple options at the same time and hence can send multiple folders?

to search and the entire folder does not work I get the following error

Lets fix issue with search first , can you please let me know how many items is there in your one drive is it 6 or 5?

When you click next in your apply to each did it fail for all items
