I'm trying to convert file to PDF with Muhimbi. Once File to be converted is saved to a SP folder and setting up the flow I dont see File content as an option under dynamic content for Muhimbi to grab?

    Hey @Andries1

You may need to ping the guys @ Muhimbi, there a good bunch 🙂 : https://www.muhimbi.com/support.aspx

Here's an example flow configuration which performs PDF conversion using the Encodian connector which I would imagine operates very similar to the Muhimbi action

    Hey @Andries1

Can you please share some detail on the Flow configuration and the error please?

Ideally, could you export the flow configuration and send to support@encodian.com?

    Thanks J

    Hi @Andries1

To summarize the issues / resolutions:

    1. The dreaded "InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions in action" error

Resolved: Export and reimport the Flow as per: Fix the “InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions in action” error in Power Automate

    2. Encodian 'Convert to PDF' action: The action requires the file extension to determine the file type

Resolved: Pass the file name with extension property

    3. The SharePoint 'Add to Attachment' action failed due to an incorrect ID (400) error

       Resolved: Pass the correct ID

    Hello @Andries1 ,

    • As the question is related to Muhimbi, let me try to answer you with a simple and practical example(screenshot below).

    Flow example.png

As @Jay-Encodian mentions the Muhimbi 'Convert to PDF' is action requires the file extension to determine the file type and the "File Content".

    • The "InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions in action" error.

The problem is not related to Muhimbi action or the configuration of the action. The problem is usually resolved by removing the action and connection, re-adding the action and if that does not work. Then as Jay mentioned "export and then re-import your flow as a brand new Flow".
