How to save CS files to Selenium ?

Hello,

In the Selenium IDE Plugin you have the possibility to export your web UI recording to a C# file. Now that i have found that you can write your UI actions in C# code i have added some actions to the C# file. But i didn't see a possibility to upload the changed test C# file to the Selenium IDE Plugin ? Or is it only possible to do recordings and that it is not possible to manipulate this recordings in code ? Because i want to write dynamic recordings based on C# code but this isn't possible when i don't have the possibility to import CS files.

Someone with a solution for this problem ?

Hi @chsanche ,

I'm using Power Automate so I think this the correct place to ask my question. Since April Microsoft is using Selenium for his UI flows but the question is now how that you can create UI Actions by code snippets ? Because it is possible to export the Selenium actions to a code (C#,Java,js,...) file but you can't reimport this code file.

Basically you want to create a UI Flow action using selenium? If this is the case, that is not possible at this moment, if you need something custom you should create a custom connector: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/custom-connectors/define-blank
