Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I created a flow using the 'create a list item from a message'. It worked perfectly until I tried to customize the Adaptive card. The questions appear and I fill the text boxes, but they did not transfer to the list and now the flow isnt running at all. When I run a test, there are no errors detected. I am confused on what needs to be done to correct this issue.
