Not sure what went wrong - the run button is always grey out.

I can't even run a single step of my flow.

See below the screenshot:

    Hi @LawrenceCheung

Is this happening to just this one flow or for every other flow?

Also check if there are any licensing related restrictions.

    Hi VJR

It happens to all the flows - actually i am not able to run a single flow at all...

I know that Power Automate is free to use. What kind of licensing restriction will be there?

    Hi

"I know that Power Automate is free to use"

I think you meant Power Automate Desktop

What I'm saying is for example your organization has purchased the plan in the center "Per user plan with attended RPA" and if that is causing any hinderances in the usage?

    https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

Secondly I still don't see it as fully free as it shows the "Go Premium" option.

Yes i am referring to Desktop .

Sorry i am bit confused with the pricing module..

What i wanted to do was purely a simple flow to copy files to a backup folder in my local computer.

According to the table below it should be free :

I am wondering if it is really related to license

The use case you have described should have been possible without any licensing issues.

It was just an input from my side to see if there are any issues of that sort that is causing all flows to be disabled

Let's wait to hear back from other members if they had the same issue or an employee from Microsoft.

Try going to task manager and killing power automate desktop. Just because all screens are off doesn’t mean it is killed. Something could be held up in the background.

I have even uninstalled PAD from my computer and re-installed it again but the issue is still there...

(I don't have such issue from another computer of mine using the same user account...

I received this error after a few reboots. I guess this is the root cause by i have no idea how to fix this..
