I have a series of cloud Flows that each trigger a Desktop flow. All of a suddenly today, queued Desktop flows are getting stuck in a perpetual running/queued status and will never actually start running. This means nothing new going into the queue can run. I can't can't find any way to remove these stuck flows so the Desktop flows can resume properly.
I've canceled all the Parent flows for these desktop flows, but they still show up as queued in this list.
I've tried:
1) Restarting the On-premise Data Gate
2) Reinstalling/Updating the On-Premise Data Gateway.
3) Restarting the VM the desktop flows and gateway run on.
My desktop automations are dead in the water until these stuck items are removed. Has anyone else encountered this and know how to resolve it?
My issue was a broken connection to microsoft teams. Once I fixed the connection, it all went well.
Did anyone get a solution for this, my unattended flow is stuck at queued, then when I decide to remote to my server manually it now throws a user session exists on the servers. it seems to only detects the server when I remote to it using RDP
Whatever the issue was, it seems to have resolved itself. Queued items finally started processing again and cleared themselves out.
I still wish I knew what the root cause was and how to resolve the issue sooner compared to waiting.
