Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am working on automating SharePoint site creation and management using Power Automate. I currently have the SharePoint Administrator role and do not have the Global Administrator role.

I have successfully tested the site creation process. However, I am encountering issues when attempting to perform the following site-level operations:

Update Storage Quota - (Screenshot attached only)
Update NoCrawl property
Update Site Metadata

When these actions are executed through Power Automate, they fail with a 403 Forbidden error.

I have also tested the same operations using custom code. Based on my testing, the permissions currently assigned do not appear to be sufficient to perform these tasks. Our organization follows a least-privilege access model, and this seems to be preventing these site management operations from being completed.

Could you please help clarify the following:

Are these operations supported through Power Automate?
What permissions or API permissions are required to update Storage Quota, NoCrawl property, and Site Metadata?
Is the SharePoint Administrator role sufficient for these actions, or is Global Administrator access required?
Are there any known limitations or recommended alternative approaches for performing these operations?
