hi,

i have created a new list that has 6 stages which will need approval/Rejection at each stage and also notify the ltem creator and the relvant approver (of each stage) by email of either the item bieng apptoved or rejected...

i have created Columns for each stage with "Live, Hold, Complete", i have an option in dynamic content to add "stage 1 status" is equal to ..... i have tied adding complete , but no luck

do i need to simply have "Approved and Rejected" and work it though that way ...

i'm realtivley new to workflows so have no idea at all where to start ..

thanks

    Hi @Paddi,

Could you show me more details on your list? How is it configured?

For your scenario, do you want to move on to the next stage when the stage status is equal to “Complete”? Or when a stage is approved, move on to the next stage?

Please show me more details so that I can figure out a workaround for you.

    Best regards,

    Mabel Mao

    Hi Mabel,

i have set up the flow with 5 conditions ( 1 step after the other) which i hope will progress through the stages logically .. i was hoping to have that done on selection of "complete", but i actually think it may be better to have the approval stages do that,

i take it the list will display the approval or rejection status for each stage ?

what would you like to se the details of the List i have created or the Flow ...

i also meant to ask , how do you set different approvers fro each stage if needed ?

    thanks

    Paddi

    Hi,

do i have to have an approval after each condition ? or will just having conditions allow the approval to flow through the process ...
